“I became interested in health and fitness during my mid teens, I loved the way it made me feel both inside and out. My passions included Running, Boxing, Thai-Boxing and later, Pilates. I learnt that Pilates kept my mind and body in good condition to pursue my other activites. In 2006 I fractured my lumbar spine and that experience led me on a journey into pursing Personal Training, Pilates, Health and Fitness as a full time career”

Helen is a fully certified Personal Trainer and STOTT Pilates teacher in Matwork, Reformer, Studio Apparatus, Injuries and Special Populations, she is a fitness enthusiast who hails from Sydney with over 10 years experience in fitness and she is passionate about what she does.

She first started practicing Pilates in 2006, and was instantly hooked by both the mental and physical benefits.

2006 was also the year she fractured her back working in the stunt team at a summer camp in California, to this day she still finds it a huge coincidence that Pilates was introduced to her only 6 months prior to her accident. After returning to Sydney she commenced bi weekly rehabilitation sessions on the Pilates studio apparatus for 12 months at her Osteopath clinic in Sydney. Within 12 months she had returned to running and competed in her first half marathon, this was her goal and it was made possible by her mindset and commitment to Pilates.

Helen completed a Commerce Marketing Degree in 2009 but after working in the corporate world for 3 years she had a deep burning desire to help people and wanted to give others the gift of Pilates, that's when she undertook her first Pilates course and knew this was her calling in life.
